- Redemption Information: Clients must pick-up their show ticket with a photo ID at any of the MGM MIRAGE box offices which include, ARIA, Bellagio, Mirage, NYNY, Luxor, Excalibur, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand and Monte Carlo at least two hours prior the day of the performance time or you may be subject to losing your reserved seat and ticket may be non-refundable. There is no guarantee that a group will be seated together when picking up show tickets.
